Guests often inquire about the possibility of adjusting their check-in or check-out times. Here’s how to handle these requests, check availability, and confirm any additional charges.
Requesting a Late Check-Out
Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please follow these steps to process a late check-out request:
- Access the guest's booking in our reservation system.
- Check the availability of the room for the requested late check-out time.
- If available, add the late check-out to the reservation and confirm any applicable charges.
- Contact the guest to confirm their request and inform them of any fees that may apply.
Note: Late check-out fees vary depending on the reservation and the requested check-out time.
Requesting an Early Check-In
Early check-ins are also subject to availability, and charges may apply depending on the request. To process an early check-in request, follow these steps:
- Locate the guest's reservation in the system.
- Verify room availability for the requested early check-in time.
- If available, update the reservation to include the early check-in and apply any relevant fees.
- Reach out to the guest to confirm the request and inform them of any charges.
Tip: If the room is not available for early check-in, suggest storing their luggage with us until the standard check-in time.
