Requesting Special Room Accommodations
If you need to update your reservation to request an accessible room or add an extra bed, please follow the steps below:
Requesting an Accessible Room
- Locate Your Booking Confirmation
- Find the booking confirmation email for your stay, which includes your Booking ID or Confirmation Number.
- Contact Our Reservations Team
- Reach out to us via phone or email with your Booking ID, and inform us of your need for an accessible room.
- We will check availability and confirm any additional details with you.
- Receive Your Updated Confirmation
- Once your reservation is updated to include an accessible room, we’ll send a confirmation email with the updated details.
- Please review the confirmation to ensure everything is correct.
Requesting an Extra Bed for a Child
- Locate Your Booking Confirmation
- Find the booking confirmation email containing your Booking ID or Confirmation Number.
- Contact Our Guest Services Team
- Contact us via phone or email, providing your Booking ID and requesting a rollaway bed or extra bed for your child.
- We’ll arrange to have the bed delivered to your room prior to your arrival or at a convenient time.
- Confirm Additional Charges
- Our team will inform you if there are any extra charges for the additional bed, and include it in your updated booking details.
